  • Main responsibilities

    -    Analyzing the system architecture that the Project Architect produces for a given project as well as elaborate diagrams necessary to the solution’s implementation
    -    Code modifications and new required JAVA
    -    Elaborate detailed and specific functions for different components
    -    Test (at the development phase) and correct detected abnormalities (at the QA phase)

    -    Bachelor’s degree in computer science or the equivalent experience

  • Main responsibilities

    -    Responsible for all data entry regarding online ad campaigns ;
    -    Support the department with advertising campaign maintenance ;
    -    Assist with the ongoing quality assurance support ;
    -    Identify, resolve and escalate issues that negatively impact campaigns to the team ;
    -    Help to identify opportunities to implement solutions that increase the effectiveness and efficiencies of the Ad Ops department, including the development of tools, processes and reports related to job responsibilities ;
    -    Run daily, weekly and monthly reports ;

    -    Solid knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to key alpha and numeric data ;
    -    Experience in advertising sales, marketing, media, publishing, broadcasting ;
    -    Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must (90% of the job) ;

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    Including but not limited to:
    -    Build solid client relationships to establish long term agreements
    -    Ensure client satisfaction
    -    Solicit and sign new clients (radio broadcasters) in LATAM (Latin America)
    -    Achieve account business objectives and ensure growth and profitability
    -    Demonstrate and maintain positive and professional interpersonal relationships with clients and colleagues
    -    Demonstrate and maintain in-depth knowledge of Streaming products
    -    Show superior analytical and listening skills (internal/external clients)
    -    Take part in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program for client prospecting and management
    -    Meeting quarterly and annual objectives in terms of revenue and client satisfaction
    -    Maintain an excellent and thorough knowledge of our products and services as well as competitors.

  • Skills

    Required skills, knowledge and competencies:
    -    University diploma in business administration or equivalent;
    -    A minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales;
    -    Excellent abilities for negotiation within Latin markets
    -    Autonomous
    -    A record of sustained sales success specifically in managing, cultivating, developing, closing and forecasting new and existing customer accounts.
    -    Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and telephone presentation skills a must.
    -    Position requires BA degree in a business or technical discipline.
    -    Experience using Sales Force CRM software a plus.
    -    To be considered, please include history of quota and performance against quota for at least the past year
    -    Must be fluent in Portuguese and Spanish
