StreamTheWorld provides 24/7 technical support. The support process is automated to ensure a problem solving efficiency using our toll-free phone number or an e-mail form. The process is slightly different depending on the level of emergency; however at STW it is always possible to reach a “person” to assist our customers using the escalation process.

We favor continuous improvement and a proactive approach in terms of customer service. We monitor our client’s player performance and always come up with innovative ways to improve results and generate new opportunities.
Your project manager will work closely with you, reviewing each deliverable and keeping you up to date on progress throughout the life cycle of the entire project. He will also make sure that all your needs are fulfilled.
Training and documentation is provided as part of our philosophy of change management. For each new product release our specialists will provide you with a training session.
In terms of data monitoring, STW provides a web-based statistics reporting system (Client Zone) to all its customers. Our on-demand media manager (dManager) also includes metrics. Custom dashboards can also be built, in order to measure specific performance indicators, for example KPIs related to your project’s objectives. Our media experts will help you interpret your results in order to refine your online strategy.
