STREAMTHEWORLD announces additional financing Industry leaders embrace Streaming Delivery Network

STREAMTHEWORLD, a leader in streaming solutions for radio and TV broadcast, today announced its recent completion of a third round of financing, led by Propulsion Ventures and Triton Media Group. STREAMTHEWORLD is now fully funded to continue the commercial phase of its growth plan, and to add infrastructure and resources during the coming months.

"STREAMTHEWORLD experienced explosive growth last year", said Yves Eric Laliberté, company President and CEO, "and our passionate team of experts has focused on developing compelling solutions to help the radio-TV broadcast segment meet growing consumer demand for rich media delivered over the Internet. We are actively delivering those solutions to an increasingly global customer base, enhancing our marketing efforts, and expanding our sales and support teams."

Laliberté added that R&D-oriented STREAMTHEWORLD has built the first ever Streaming Delivery Network (SDN), which today streams around 1,000 live audio and video feeds in 20 countries.
